Lost Packages

In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost in transit, Maison Cosmetics follows a clear and transparent policy in accordance with international shipping standards. Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the parcel’s safe and timely delivery lies with the carrier. However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we aim to support our customers wherever possible in resolving such situations.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been significantly delayed or declared lost by the carrier, customers must notify our customer service team within 30 days of receiving their shipping confirmation. We will then contact the carrier to confirm the parcel’s status.

In confirmed cases of loss during transit, Maison Cosmetics will provide a one-time replacement of the original item(s), free of charge. Please note that we do not issue refunds for lost parcels, as the loss occurs after dispatch and is the responsibility of the external shipping carrier.

By placing an order with Maison Cosmetics, customers agree to these terms regarding shipping risk and resolution.
