We’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your order! At Maison Cosmetics, we want to make your experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our fulfillment centers are located internationally to minimize environmental impact and production waste, so return costs may vary depending on your location. On average, return shipping costs range between $20–$40 USD.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or untraceable returns.

How to Return Your Order

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@maisoncosmetics.com with your order number, full name, and reason for return. Our customer care team will provide detailed instructions for your return.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you have received the return address and instructions, ship the product(s) back in their original packaging, unused, and unopened.
Do not return your package to the sender’s address — it will not be processed there.

Step 3: Confirmation
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Maison Cosmetics by email at support@maisoncosmetics.com and inform us of your decision to cancel the purchase. Once we receive your returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact our support team at support@maisoncosmetics.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue. Once verified, we will either resend the item or offer a full refund, depending on your preference. No return is required for verified damage cases.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies for return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
